Data Deletion Request - Digigold APP

We take data privacy seriously and you are entitled to request us to erase any personal data we hold about you except those Thangamayil Jewellery Ltd. is legally required to maintain. We will do our best to respond promptly and in any event within one month of the following:

  • Our receipt of your written request; or
  • Our receipt of any further information we may ask you to provide to enable us to comply with your request, whichever happens to be later.

The information you supply will only be used for the purposes of identifying the personal data you are requesting that we erase and responding to your request.

Caution!

You will not be able to access your data once deleted, and will not have access to the mobile app. We will comply with your request after due diligence within 60 days from the date of request and communicate it once the deletion is done.

However, if you wish to again create an Account after deletion is process, you can do so by generating new credentials.

Note:

You need to have a Verified Email in the DigiGold App to enable us to send legal communications and confirmation of deletion.

You cannot request deletion if there is a balance in any passbook in your account.  You will be required to confirm your mobile phone number through OTP generated for that purpose.

Account which needs to be deleted

If you wish to have your data removed from the Digigold app, send an email to [email protected] from your Digigold registered email ID with subject line Data deletion request. Make sure to include your name and phone number in the email OR you can request the same from Digigold APP - Request data deletion menu.
